Amy’s unique combination of experience, skills and interests includes:
Seasoned Marketing Communications Professional
Amy has created and executed award-winning traditional and digital marketing communications programs for leading brands including Starbucks, Seattle Children’s Hospital and The Cobalt Group. Amy’s approach is creative and always focused on her clients’ business objectives and producing tangible results. Amy has a B.A. in Communications/Public Relations from the University of Washington.
Deep Retail and Brand Experience
At Starbucks Amy learned first-hand that a successful global brand is built on having a strong values-based culture and by creating a unique and emotional customer experience. Her retail roots date back to her first job in high school at Drees, a specialty home furnishings and gift retailer, which is now a client of Fleurish Partners.
An Eye for Color and Style
Like music, color elicits emotion. The way color is used can enhance a brand and drive purchasing decisions. Amy’s innate sense and appreciation of color inspired her to study the psychology of color and color trends under Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute, and director of Eiseman Center for Color Information and Training. Now Amy is using her expertise to help clients convey their brand stories through color and style.
Whether through handwritten cards, her blog, social media or in-person, Amy has a keen ability to forge relationships and make connections.
